Last weekend, the band missioned it down to London for 'We Are Halloween' held at Hainault Country Park.
10,000 youths not entirely dressed for the cold weather, 4 massive indoor arena and 50 big name DJ's.
We left Hebden Bridge at 5AM on the Saturday morning
The band had great time and were looked after so well by the crew at Brothers Cider.
After each of our three gigs, they brought us warm Toffee Apple Cider provided by Brothers. It was gorgeous and MUCH appreciated by the band.; probably my favourite cider ever!
Here's Colin, who plays repinique in the band, drinking said Toffee Apple with zombie apocalyptic make up provided by the fabulous Annie at www.londonfacepainters.com. Many thanks to Annie for doing a great job of all our Halloween Zombie make-up.
And the flares provided by Brothers Cider looked cool!
It was windy, cold, wet and muddy but we still had a brilliant time.
There were a few festivals goers that declared us Best Act Of The Day. So that was nice :-)
Here we are, pre-second performance in the thick mud getting ready to funk it up.
So a huge thanks to everyone at We Are Halloween and Brothers Cider.
